No two people are exactly alike, and many of us take vitamin and mineral supplements to ensure our bodies have just what they need. The same goes for our cat companions: they are all different with different needs. If you believe your cat(s) may need nutritional supplements, talk with your veterinarian. Staying Fit

Many cats seem to have two "settings:" on, or off. We know our feline companions (really) like their nap time, and can also be intensely active during play. Both are important! Our companions need physical exercise or play to stay healthy, and they primarily rely on us as guardians for it. Whether it's a simple stringed toy that encourages their hunt and pounce instincts, or a catnip-stuffed toy for more independent playtime, daily physical activity is a necessity. Make sure the playtime is appropriate, though: cats typically need less physical activity than dogs, and their needs will vary based on age, size, and breed.
