COVID-19 Update

In the midst of this Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to assure you that we are not only taking all necessary measures in our store to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy, but also we are here to help you and your pet through this time. If you are unable to make it into the store, here are some options:

If you need food for your pet

Call us to let us know what products you need and we can discuss payment processing. If you are able to drive to the store, we can bring your purchase to you in your car.

If your pet needs a wash or grooming

Give us a call to schedule a grooming appointment or to discuss how one of our staff members can wash your pet for you. We can come outside to pick up your companion.

What is your cleaning process?

As we have many pets and parents in and out of the store daily, it's important to us to keep our store clean. We use a strong, but safe, disinfectant on our floors, shelves, walls, countertops, registers and door handles. Not to mention, we disinfect the grooming stations and self-wash/drying stations after each use to ensure the area is sanitary. Additionally, you will find

  • Hand sanitizer at the registers
  • Plenty of soap in the bathrooms

Are pets vulnerable to COVID-19?

We have been monitoring the situation closely and, according to the CDC, there have been no reports of animals sick with COVID-19. It is still recommended, however, that if you are ill, try to keep your distance from others, including your pets, if possible. If you are the sole caretaker for your pet but you're sick, wash your hands before and after touching your pet or their food. As always, if you suspect your pet may be sick, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Take Extra Care

Just as we encourage our employees to stay home when they're sick, we encourage you to take care by staying home if you need to.

If you are sick and cannot drive your pet to the store for their grooming appointment, that's ok! Give us a call and let us know - we are happy to get your appointment rescheduled!

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will keep you updated as necessary. In the meantime, we are here to help however we can.
